Job Description

Summary:  Responsible for coaching and mentoring dental hygienists within the organization to deliver GOLD STANDARD patient care and drive revenue through systematized hygiene best practices.

 

Leadership Functions:

  • Interview, hire and coach all hygienists within the organization
  • Deliver proper coaching on clinical skills, patient relations and the Perfect Teeth hygiene protocol
  • Exemplify and encourage a commitment to provide GOLD STANDARD patient care
  • Work with offices to help drive revenue through hygiene best practices
  • Work closely with Regional Team to identify specific hygiene needs (both temporary and permanent)
  • Travel to, attend and present at universities/technical schools to aid in recruiting efforts
  • Organize and/or facilitate continuing education opportunities for hygienists within the organization
  • Regional travel required

Required Experience:

  • 10-15 years practicing dental hygiene
  • Current RDH license
  • Experience mentoring or managing others
  • Experience working in a DSO strongly preferred
